Registration
All players and cheerleaders MUST have all six (6) forms completed (NPJT Family info, Football/cheer application, medical/liability, photo release, social media policy and Covid liability waiver). New and recent player/cheer require updated photo and copy of a birth certificate.
Registration cost is $135 per player/cheerleader. Check or money order payable to NPJT. EXACT Cash is also accepted. Child discount as follows: 1st child $135, 2nd child $135, 3rd child $110, 4th child $85, each additional child $85. (Sorry – we do not have Venmo or other online payment options)
Refunds will only be issued until the last day of the second week of practice at the practice field during practice hours.

Background Checks (Updated information reflects PA Act 153)
All adult volunteers 18 years of age and older who interact with the children in the organization must submit the results of complete background to the Association.

DHS Child Abuse History Clearance
From the Home Page select – Create a New Account and follow the steps to set up a login.
The Keystone ID is a username you choose to create the account.
Once you have created an account, login and select – Create a Clearance Application and follow the on screen instructions.

*However, certifications shall only be provided free of charge to a volunteer once every 57 months.
